We give you the possibility to return items from your order within 30 days from the date you received it.
The return cost will be directly deducted from the refund.
How can I return an item ?
Take the original package or find another container that fit all the items you want to return.
Print the pre-paid Return Label available here and affix it to the outside of your package. If you are using the package your order was delivered in, please ensure to remove your previous return label.
Go to DHL and choose your country and fill in your place or zip code to drop the package at the nearest DHL Express Point

Can I return my online order in-store ? Please, note that we do not accept online orders as returns in store
When will I be refunded ?
Once your return is received, the refund can take up to 21 business days.
Your bank account will be credited for the amount of the returned items via our secure payment partner Global-e.
Please note that the return cost will be directly deducted from the refund.
You will receive an e-mail confirming the refund.
